Madness, clocktower and tombstones.

Welcome back adventurers!

Halloween has come and gone. While everyone was partying, fighting or raging about the clocktower, I was running around Tyria and found out some things had changed since the new patch.

First off, I was waiting for some of my guildies to join me in Lion’s Arch, when after a few moment of staring at the destroyed Lion’s fountain, I noticed that the New Krytan on it had changed. It was only 3 words now instead of 4.”From ruins, We prosper”.

Madness

Seems like the Mad King was ready to be free this year but we all know what happened to him in the end.

Secondly, I know a lot of you might have raged for many hours on the Clock Tower and when you finally finished it, you said you would never go back to that place ever again. When I got to the top of it the first time I was so glad to finish it that I didn’t realise that some New Krytan was on it. After a few other tries, I finally got to the top  to take a screenshot of it before the glass exploded.

After finishing this puzzle many times, I realized that it is always 7:54 in the Mad Realm for some odd reason. The only theory that I can come out with would be that this clock reflects the exact time when the Mad King was murdered by the villagers, but that’s only my thoughts on it. Do not consider this canon lore.

Also, I found a tombstone which has already been translated but some new words appeared on this one that I have never seen before.

Rest in peace. I told you I was sick.1 e1352412363908 Madness, clocktower and tombstones.

Rest in peace.
I told you I was sick.

Finally, I promised that an old translation was coming back and I will not make you wait longer. I present for the second time : The WoW Tombstone 2.0.

I took the time to stand in line to beat a mighty foe.

But boredom struck. I’m out of luck and now I lie below
